Ho‘olei has broad west-facing ocean views and is surrounded on three sides by the Wailea Blue Golf Course, just mauka of the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons Resorts. The town homes will have spacious, finely-appointed interiors and attached garages, marrying the virtues of a free-standing residence with the convenience of condominium living.
A wide range of hotel-style amenities are planned. Ho‘olei sales and construction are currently under way. Over 80% of the town homes are under binding purchase and sale contracts.
The first Ho‘olei homes are scheduled to be completed in June 2007 and the entire project is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2008.
