Maui : Maluhia Country Ranches

Maluhia Country Ranches is a 48-lot agricultural subdivision with parcels ranging in size from 2 to 20+ acres.

The upscale community sits at the 1000 to 1500 ft. elevation on the eastern slopes of the West Maui Mountains, with excellent ocean and mountain views.  Maluhia Country Ranches offers a rural, country feel but is located only 8 miles from the Maui County seat of Wailuku.  Many high-end custom homes have been built on subdivision parcels.

The Kahakuloa Acres Private Water Company has a State permit allowing the extraction of 200,000 gallons per day and provides pristine well water to the subdivision.
