Maui : Na Hale O Makena

Located on the Maui's sunny southern shore in the prestigious community of Makena.

This special project was conceived to satisfy the needs of homebuyers looking for spacious, luxurious residential living without the inconveniences associated with owning and maintaining a home. 

Completed March 31, 2003, Na Hale O Makena boasts more than six acres of lush lawns, shade trees, and gardens. This upscale gated community reflects the sophisticated elegance of a vintage 1930's-style Hawaiian estate.

Na Hale O Makena is comprised of six exclusive, three- and four-story buildings, each of which contains only two units per floor. The scale and layout of the project thus provide residents with a privacy and peacefulness normally associated only with single-family homes.

The individual residences contain between 2,250 and 3,000 square feet of living area. Dramatic nine-foot ceilings, operating windows on three sides and extended sliding-glass doors deliver breathtaking views of the Pacific. The open floor plan features a state-of-the-art kitchen designed to meet the demands of the casual and the most accomplished chef, while the bathrooms are designed with an eye toward luxury and relaxation.

On-site recreation is centered around a large pool and spa area. The poolside recreational cabana takes advantage of the natural landscape and houses a complete gym. A kitchenette at the cabana with a gas grill and covered, open-air seating for approximately 20 people complements the estate-like setting.

The homes at Na Hale O Makena are constructed of the highest quality materials available on the market, including stone tiles, Berber carpeting, granite countertops with designer kitchen and bath cabinetry and appliances. The residences also feature central air conditioning with independent thermostatic controls at each key space. For added security, access to each building is controlled by a coded, electronic entry system. Additional elevator controls are in place to limit access to each floor, assuring privacy and security for the residents. The units also feature sophisticated electronic wiring to enhance communications.

An on-site Manager/Concierge is in full-time residence to assist each owner with a variety of needs.
